FROM THE PASTORS

From the Pastors…

Thanksgiving is a season of reflection. Reflection upon what the Lord has done for us. A time to thank God for all of his provisions. Thank God for our families, friends, and for eternal life!

We thank God for YOU! We are grateful that you have chosen to worship here with us, and for allowing us to share with YOU His uncompromised word. We wish you and your family a very “fruitful” Thanksgiving!

MESSAGE SERIES

Series Title: DEFIANCE Turning our world upside down

Our culture invites people into a life of doing whatever you want. People live with no real thought of implica-tion or consequence. To jump in and go with the flow would be pretty easy. But God calls those who follow him to a greater standard.

Following Jesus today means going against the flow, be-cause living a holy life flies in the face of our world system. It's anything but easy and yet it's what our returning King calls us to do. So join us for our newest sermon series:
DEFIANCE – Turning our world upside down!

Growth Path Steps
Navigating life can be difficult. Finding your way at New Life is simple! We invite you to take your next step of faith each week as you come to New Life.

1st Sunday...Begin with Baptism
2nd Sunday...Connect through Small Groups
3rd Sunday...Enage in Ministry
4th Sunday...Grow through Prayer and Communion

Each 1st Sunday we will highlight stories of people in our church who are taking their next step of faith and becoming fully devoted, fruitful followers of Christ. Be sure to attend our Baptism Cele-bration beginning this October!

BAPTISM SUNDAY
The Bible declares, “Or don’t you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? We were therefore bur-ied with Him through baptism into death in order that just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.” (Romans 6:3-4). In Christian baptism, the action of being immersed in the water symbolizes dying and being buried with Christ. The action of coming out of the water pictures Christ’s resurrection. Have you considered taking the act of baptism as your next step in your spiritual walk?
